Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity

As outlined in Transformative Direction 4, OneDU, our vibrancy—and the strength of our research, educational experience and community contributions— depends on a culture of respect and inclusivity. To meet contemporary challenges, diverse teams must work collaboratively and innovatively towards solutions.  We are actively seeking a student body, faculty and staff who represent the diversity of our community, region, and nation to prepare our students for an increasingly globalized world.

In order to cultivate an exceptionally diverse, inclusive, equitable, and welcoming community, DU strives to welcome individuals from all backgrounds to our campus, and we commit to providing the structures and programming to ensure this community becomes an example for others seeking to lift up marginalized voices.
